In order to facilitate community contribution and leadership, I'm proposing we create our first SIG focused on developing common reference implementation tooling such as idpbuilder. By implementing this via a SIG process we can create a space for community members who are actively helping us meet our goals in this area to both be recognized and help steer the project while also ensuring that we have space to create additional communities which may require separate sets of leaders.
