Motivation & Additional Information

After a successful vote for proposing @schristoff as tech lead, I am excited to submit this vote for the TOC.

Sarah has been going through a trial-run as tech lead for the past couple of months, and she has been doing a great job. She has already been involved in project reviews, helping out with defining new procedures, and has in general being a great support for the TAG chairs.

Sarah is an avid open source contributor and besides the work she does in the TAG she is a maintainer on the CNCF sandbox project Porter, and she leads the OpenSSF project Zarf.
