Hello everyone
With this PR the section “Special Interest Groups” inside the Contributors page is renamed to “Technical Advisory Groups” as discussed in this GitHub Issue.
I am not quite sure if the renaming is necessary as SIG is still used consistently on the contributors.cncf.io website (e.g. https://contribute.cncf.io/about/). Is this intentional or are further updates required?
