Align 62X version to 44X and 53X version of the tracker alignment validation suite.

A new Pull Request was created by @ghellwig (Gregor Hellwig) for CMSSW_6_2_X.

Update all in one tool to current 62X version

It involves the following packages:

Alignment/OfflineValidation
