Fix compilation warning for SimG4CMS/FP420

LTO build has problem with SimG4CMS/FP420 package (#41795 ). In this PR the code is cleaned: removed not needed C-arrays, removed not-needed methods, removed old commented lines. It is not expected any change of results.
