[125X] Add all PDs from 2022 in AlCaReco Matrix

This PR is to update the AlCaReco matrix to be used for the ReReco campaigns of EraABCD+E. It includes all the PDs that existed throughout the Eras that are relevant to Alca.

PR validation:

runTheMatrix.py -l 1001.3 --ibeos
