This PR introduces an update on Run-2 2018 geometry XML as agreed in SIM meeting (April 22). This is a part of DD4hep migration for Run-2. No change is expected from PR test as Run-2 wf runs with DB, not XML.

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next master IBs (tests are also fine). This pull request will now be reviewed by the release team before it's merged. @perrotta, @dpiparo, @qliphy (and backports should be raised in the release meeting by the corresponding L2)
