Many differences from wf 140.53

I'm seeing a lot of differences from the workflow 140.53 in the tests:

• Run3-gex50 Match the namespace between ddd and dd4hep for ECAL barrel algo #32750
• (11.1.X) Follow-up of #32700 (Phase 2 Muon HLT) #32751

not sure what the issue is just now.

@jpata , as reported here #32750 (comment) , the input data used for workflow 140.53 was different. That is why you see a lot of comparison differences.

The input data issue is due to the integration of newer dasgoclient (please see the details of the issue here cms-sw/cmsdist#6595 ).

For now I have reverted/disabled new dasgoclient. For latest IBs ( started from last night's 23h IB) these differences should go away
