add gen fragments for 13.6 TeV

Pythia8GeneratorFilter --> Pythia8ConcurrentGeneratorFilter

deleted uneeded file

add OmegaMinus w/ TuneCP5 setting

fix CP5 tuning

Pythia8ConcurrentGeneratorFilter
