Geant4: cleanup unused variables and use GEANT4_USE_USOLIDS="all"

• cleanup unused configuration variables [a]
• GEANT4_USE_USOLIDS=CONS;POLYCONE;POLYHEDRA did not show any real advantage so set it back to all

  Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:

    CMAKE_STATIC_LIBRARY_CXX_FLAGS
    CMAKE_STATIC_LIBRARY_C_FLAGS
    GEANT4_USE_USOLIDS-ADVANCED
