Update tag for Configuration-Generator to V01-06-00

We are updating the tag for the master. Which other releases would you need to have the new mass/ctau points for long lived staus bakported?
I would say:

• CMSSW_13_1_X and CMSSW_13_0_X (for possible Run3 productions)
• CMSSW_10_6_X (for UL)
• Anything else?
