As the subject, adding dqmfu-c2b03-45-01 and dqmfu-c2b04-45-01 in fff_clusters.py and update version number.
Not sure if I need to replace dqmrubu-c2a06-05-01 with a spare rubu machine. The current production version has a machine name that I don't recognize as online machines: bu-c2f13-31-01.
