Bugzilla Sandstone

This is a CSS/light HTML redesign for Bugzilla@Mozilla in the Mozilla Sandstone style. Most of the redesign is contained within bugzilla.css. showbug.html is a static, copy-pasted version of the rendered source of a Bugzilla@Mozilla show_bug.cgi page with HTML modifications made to the header (modified areas marked by HTML comments). Note that the CSS includes some pretty ugly workarounds to modify the page without using HTML. Someone should probably just rewrite the HTML someday.
