📃 Iteration 37 roadmap 📃

This post outlines our targets for the upcoming iteration. The goal is to provide a summary of where we are going.

New features / enhancements

• Raw HTML embedding
• Add the list style plugin to the Document editor
• View elements with data-cke-ignore-events will prevent propagating events to CKEditor
• The triggerBy option that issues element re-render

Bug fixes

• Backspace does not remove all blocks in particular cases
• Unsupported element causes JS error instead of being filtered out
• Opening the upload panel should focus the URL input
• Validation for empty URL in the "Insert image via URL" dropdown
• The list conversion throws an error if the list element is surrounded with raw text nodes
• URL with '%'-symbol is not transformed to Media Object

Finally, there are some more bug fixes and minor improvements planned for the 37th iteration. See the list of issues assigned to the current iteration for more details.

Dates

The code freeze is planned on October the 22nd, followed by releasing npm packages on October the 29th.

Please keep in mind that these plans are subject to change and even though we put all our energy to deliver all the items mentioned above, the iteration plan may change at any point.
