When changing multi-level list to regular numbered list, list markers are not displayed #17488

  1. Open Feature-rich example.
  2. Delete all content, add one simple paragraph.
  3. Change the paragraph to multi-level list.
  4. Change the list to regular numbered list.

✔️ Expected result

List marker is visible.

Fix (engine): List markers should be visible after changing the list type from multi-level to numbered. Closes #17488.
