Which governments are using CiviForm?

CiviForm is in active use by the City of Seattle and the City of Bloomington. CiviForm is actively being piloted for launch by the State of Arkansas. Our hope is to make CiviForm widely adopted in communities across the country.

Residents in the City of Seattle, Washington and the City of Bloomington, Indiana are already benefiting from easier access to government services. The State of Arkansas is approaching a state-wide launch. Charlotte, North Carolina is conducting a pilot and Miami-Dade County, Florida is starting development. We look forward to more governments joining the software collaborative later this year.
