ReportInstance - Cleanup BAO::add function and DAO metadata

Overview

Cleans up some ugly code in the ReportInstance BAO/DAO.

Before

Long convoluted function does basically what DAO::writeRecord() can do.

After

DAO::writeRecord() does it.

Technical Details

Added serialize metadata so the DAO automatically serializes the grouprole field data.
