Some parts of CiviCRM refer to them as "Regular Groups" and others refer to them as "Static Groups". But the latter is more on the developer side of things, so this seems consistent with other user-facing text. |

Change Normal Group option to Regular Group. Well because there's nothing abnormal about the smart groups :)
