Tested - all works correctly both with and without AdminUI enabled. Merging. I'll have a look at Price Sets & Fields later. |

Overview
This PR cleans up the behavior of custom fields and profiles in AdminUI to consistently redirect to the new pages instead of the old. It builds on #26470 to auto-open the "New Field" popup when a new profile or custom group is created.
Also tweaks a few things in the displays for consistency.
