A couple more FATAL errors replaced by exceptions

Before

    CRM_Core_Error::fatal(ts("You seem to have deleted the relationship type 'Employee of'"));

After

    throw new CRM_Core_Exception(ts("You seem to have deleted the relationship type 'Employee of'"));
