AGU's APA variant does not use et-al-last="true"

See https://publications.agu.org/brief-guide-agu-style-grammar/#reference For eight or more authors, include the first six author names, followed by “et al.”. E.g.: Yao, Q., Brown, P.M., Lui, S., Rocca, M.E., Trouet, V., Zheng, B., et al. (2017).… . Note: This represents an exception to APA reference style.
