At Design --- Network Setting --- Telemetry, Wired Endpoint Data Collection is disabled by default. At SDA environment, this option must be enabled before provision other SDA feature. But there is no API to enable or disable this option. From programmability point of view, without this API, there will be no end to end provisionality for SDA network.
