Add a context menu option to subscribe to unsol (try to)

This would need to "reset" the enumeration process of the controller, but only enumerate the dynamic part (like when using the AEM cache).
Need a new function to "refresh dynamic state" for devices not subscribed to unsol (in the controller library).
This context menu option would then try to register then refresh the state.
