Automatically determine sampling frequency for LiveGraph #24

The frequency at which samples are received currently is not detected and must be supplied by the user. This frequency is then used to scale the x-axis of the real-time graph on the "Live Graph" tab.

A great feature to add would be to automatically detect the frequency of incoming data so that the user does not have to set it up again each time the program is opened.

This feature has now been added in program v1.3.1 (16e3ee7)
