Binary package
Binary packages can be set as runtime or build time dependencies. See Defining your dependencies for more information.
To add core/sqlite as a depdendency, you can add one of the following to your plan file.
pkg_build_deps=(core/sqlite)
pkg_deps=(core/sqlite)
To install this plan, you should run the following commands to first install, and then link the binaries this plan creates.
hab pkg install core/sqlite

You can now use the binary as normal:
/bin/sqlite3 --help
or sqlite3 --help
Usage: sqlite3 [OPTIONS] FILENAME [SQL]
FILENAME is the name of an SQLite database. A new database is created
if the file does not previously exist.
OPTIONS include:
-append append the database to the end of the file
-ascii set output mode to 'ascii'
-bail stop after hitting an error
-batch force batch I/O
