Currently, augur has multiple unstructured descriptions of what it's about across the different websites.

I'd try to fix these descriptions across the ones I have access to and tick accordingly. They are:

  • The README.md
  • The Main Docs
  • The CHAOSS community website
  • Augurlabs.io

   - Resolve issue #1890 by deleting repetitive text. 
I instead link the part where it is needed to the appropriate resource.
