Admin: Add report of courses/sessions using specific tools

It is often needed, for developers, to know which course (or course-session combination) uses a specific tool.

It would be nice to have a new report in the statistics page showing, by Chamilo course tool, the list of the courses that use this specific tool.
Possible improvement: allow to order it by last date registering some update or by number of such tool items in this course.

So, there should be a "Tool selector" (dropdown), and then a table like this:

S1	MATH101	32	2017-06-14

[1] The session title (if any, otherwise just a dash "-"), with a link to the course-session, directly to the tool in question
[2] The course code, with a link to the course, directly to the tool in question
