v0.1-beta

This is an initial release of the package DataAssimilationBenchmarks.jl, in parallel with the manuscript "A fast, single-iteration ensemble Kalman smoother for sequential data assimilation" to be submitted to Geoscientific Model Development . The software is currently in beta version, to be more formally packaged and distributed in a submission to the Journal of Open Source Software.
