Fix DIM upscaling issue with Phase VII Characters

- Fix issue causing Mega/Ultimate DIMs scaled to BEMs to crash.
- Change upscaling formula to use BEM phase average +- 1 standard deviation.
- This will result in DIMs having less range than true BEMs, but will prevent a few outlier BEM characters from skewing an entire clump of DIM characters

- Firmware and card loading happens in the background on the watch. No need to open the app on the watch for card imports anymore. Just import on the phone and receive a notification on the watch when the card image is ready.
- Allow BEMs to battle upscaled DIMs in random battles and adventure missions.

- DIM to BEM Upscaling requires at least one BEM image to be imported on the watch.
