Fixed JSON output format.
Could someone please have a look at the 3 expected.json files in test/resources/com/cflint/integration ?
I had to enter 5 spaces in front of issues/locations/fileName to make the tests pass. None of the other 100 tests I changed required that and I'm a bit at a loss what IS up with those 3. The test class for those 3 is TestIntegrationFolder.
