All of Permanent Generation was removed from Java 8 and thus this argument is ignored now (with a warning shown). Details: http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/122
Should make the number somewhat more readable than calculating from Megabytes.

Updating the
argLineparameter of the SureFire plugin, removingMaxPermSize, which was removed altogether in Java 8, and updating the size format for max heap size for readability.
