Fix make with option

help into main to support Makefile cat

Add help command

Add help command for some docs and sync to do the job

v1.1 - simplify install

Now make install generate a unique bash file

v1.0 - works and installable

Implement the very basic use case:

read all file in /etc/pacsync.d/ and then:

• install missing packages
• remove not declare packages
• remove useless dependencies
