Good evening. In this PR I created the C # and Java versions.
1 - Assuming that CdkPatterns uses the name "the-.." to all stacks, this stack "polly" should be called "the-polly-speech", right? Just a thought. Let me know if I need to change the directory name.
2 - The "asset" function to point the lambda directory was depecrated, so it was refactored to use "fromAsset"
