This changeset was produced by the modulesync config from another organization with minor edits. The ccin2p3 currently does not have a modulesync_config repository to manage it's modules.
Most of these changes where auto-generated by rake lint_fix.
Generated by rake rubocop:autofix, with a few adjustments to unbreak unit tests after the autocorrect (dues to spacing in multi-line strings in the test suite).
These offences can not be auto-corrected. Most of them could be fixed with refactoring, but it is out-of-scope of the current work.
Puppet 4 has reached EOL a long time ago. Stopping to support it allows us to use a modern CI environment.
