Should we change the RStudio chapter? That seems like an appendix, unless we want people to use the Gitea instance with RStudio.
There is also a section on opening your code for outside collaboration and licenses, which has links to GitHub. I think that is fine as we don't expect people to use Gitea for collaboration.
