The suggested layout from Carpentries Connect was:

  • Supervised
    • Regression (and quality measures)
    • Classification (and quality measures)
  • Unsupervised
    • Clustering (k-means, hierarchical and DBscan clustering)
    • Dimensionality reduction (PCA, t-SNE and UMAP)
  • General
    • Testing
    • Cross-validation
  • Ethics
