  • Propagate changes from @hannesbecher to md files
  • Move assignment of methyl_mat in hierarchical clustering from echo = FALSE code block to a visible code block as this object is then used in visible code blocks.

Should this merge into ailith_delivery3 (#61) for the next delivery?

In to gh-pages please. @ailithewing's material has been taught now, so making the change shouldn't break anything. I'd like to ensure the material I teach matches what is available on the live website.
