Rename nonheap to non_heap (open-telemetry#3250)

Fixes
open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#7876
(the implementation used `non_heap`, which seems better)

## Changes

Renames JVM metric attribute value from `nonheap` to `non_heap`.
