Filled in a few missing details as well as added a split code from testing code layout. Preserved the previous test suite to ensure nothing is lost going forward.

This pull request builds on #3 as well and adds all Introduction VI (Big O) questions. Let me know if anything should be structured differently or needs fixing. I was again attempting to get as much parity with the Java as possible but had to diverge quite drastically on Question 12. Makes the questions have different answers in some cases.
I wasn't sure if I should include the answers that correspond with the book answers. Regardless, they can easily be added as another pull request if this one is acceptable.
NOTE this pull request is based off of the other so if this pull request is merged first, then #3 is effectively merged as well and the pull request can be closed if it isn't automatically.
