Filled in a few missing details as well as added a split code from testing code layout. Preserved the previous test suite to ensure nothing is lost going forward.

This pull request builds on my other (#3), and adds all Introduction VI (Big O) examples. Let me know if anything is out of place or could be structured differently. I was attempting to get as much parity with the listed Java as possible which means that some of the runtimes are slightly different. I didn't know if I should list the new runtimes and elected to leave that as an exercise for the reader.
NOTE this pull request is based off of the other so if this pull request is merged first, then #3 is effectively merged as well and the pull request can be closed if it isn't automatically.
