* For this project, it's faster to Bun install without a cache than to restore a cache using Yarn. * For the publish workflow, we still need the `setup-node` action. It uses the npm CLI to publish the package to NPM with provenance.

This PR replaces the Yarn package manager and Vitest test runner with Bun. Changes are separated by commit.
Observations
bun install
is significantly faster thanyarn install
without cachebun install
without cache is on par if not faster than restoring the Yarn cachebun test
is fastertest-e2e.js
can be converted to TypeScript since the Bun runtime can execute TSGlob
