Haproxy's terraform variables specifies:

maas-anvil/cloud/etc/deploy-haproxy/variables.tf

Line 19 in 2146002

default = "14/stable"

But the correct channel for haproxy is latest/stable

Juju 3.6 with terraform-provider-juju 0.15.1 detect this and complain about the channel.
