Add option in groups to define the runner type

Currently, we have only one option of runner to execute the integration_test_*.yaml, the ubuntu-latest.

However, certain workloads need different types of runners, for example bigger runners with more capacity. We need a way to specify as an option if a given group should run on a special type of runner, instead the default one.
