Running all specs is still just `rspec spec` but now you can run just the unit specs with `rspec spec/lib` and all integration specs with `rspec spec/integration`

This separates slow, simulator popping, integration specs from their faster, more polite unit brethren.
Also, includes guard-rspec as a developer dependency, along with Guardfile that watches just the unit specs.
