We'd like the repository README and the docs homepage to more accurately reflect the project management structure, i.e. who is responsible for the planning, design, development, and maintenance of the Benefits application software.

Use the following language:

Benefits is open-source software that is designed, developed, and maintained by Compiler LLC on behalf of Caltrans, Cal-ITP, and our agency partners.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Repository README is updated with the above language; after the intro sentence, before the link to the documentation
  • Docs homepage is updated with the above language; just above the "Adoption by transit agencies" section header
