Upgraded instructions and requirements.txt for python 3.7. Also tested with python 3.7.0 on several facebook galleries. Included additional information on Pillow install in windows as pip will no longer work to install Pillow in windows (tested with pillow 5.4.0, which is compatible with python 3.7, so referenced this specific version in instructions).
