WDL logic isn't working for providing a one-element
Array[File]with a TSV file tobiosample_map_tsvsfordemux_deplete. Terra is unable to coerce to the inputs ofsra_meta_prepproperly. This PR cleans up some of the optional/not-optional/maybe-one/maybe-many/maybe-none logic of that input variable.
