Those are styles related to the sidebar where you can start to drag elements. Relevant styles that overwrite the ones being removed live in structure.css
- Delete file - Remove file import from conceptual.js - Move the only used style to structure.scss
- Re-write stencil related classes and names to use element(s) instead
