Bluetooth pairing & speed improvements 🏎️

  • Display now shows "Paired" or "Ready to Pair" based on the pairing state
  • BLE throughput for iOS/MacOS users improved from 50kB/s to 60kB/s by adjusting MTU from 256 to 185
