This PR adds the following functionality:

• Github Actions to manage connections, and creating and deleting development branches, with planetscale.
• Using jest to run integration tests against graphql API instance
• Adoption of TypedDocumentNode for fully typed integration tests responses 🎉
• An example test for a resolver (isAdmin)

Some things to note:

• You'll want to include your ENV variables as secrets in the repo settings, and then plug those into the placeholders in the GH Workflow
• You'll likely want to generate TS types at CI time -- that's your call, though. On larger teams, it is a frequent source of conflicts
• I added a .dockerignore -- ideally this is symlinked with .gitignore
